Your connection to the Golden Spiral
As above, so below. As below, so above.
The golden spiral makes up the literal pattern of natural existence in our physical universe. From the smallest atom, to the Universe itself, everything falls into the proportions of the golden spiral.
Perfection in creation.
To bring this back to the concept of You, as a living organism – When looking at the mathematical scale of the physical universe, the smallest known size that we can currently reach is within the atom, mathematically seen as: 10 -35th power (Ten to the minus thirty fifth power). This is known as the Planck scale, the current smallest mathematical scale.
The largest number in the physical scale of existence is 10 25th power (Ten to the twenty fifth power). Hubble scale, the current largest mathematical scale.
Life, exists at 10 -5th power (Ten to the minus fifth power). The center between the macrocosmos and the microcosm.
In other words – You, in within form of physical existence, is the actual bridge between the celestial and the physical. A literal connector of heaven and earth.
The Self, the physical You, are that bridge that enables Source to experience the physical universe. You, a splinter of Source, reflected out into physical existence, are a messenger and a conduit – bringing heaven to Earth, and Earth to heaven.
Without life, without You, that bridge between heaven and Earth could not be crossed.
Exercise
Connecting into Youniverse
Take a few deep breaths and reflect on this.
You, as you are, connect heaven and earth. Without you, that connection would not be. How important you, by simply exisiting, you bring together the entire Universe.
As you breathe in, visualize a golden cord reaching down from the heavens, though the top of your head, and connecting into your heart center.
As you breathe out, that cord drops down through the base of your spine, into the center of the earth.
Breathe in, and the cord then makes its way back up into your body, to your heart.
Breathe out, and it flows back up into Universe. An infinity symbol takes shape, with you, at the center.
Repeat 3 x. As the cord enters your heart that final inhalation, a golden light shines out around your far and wide. You, consciously connecting between heaven and Earth.
From this space, consciously experience your day. Bring the Light from the heavens out to the world, and share that Light with those you encounter.
