Share what you have lived, felt, and realized. Avoid presenting perspectives as absolute truth.
2. Respect all stages of the journey
Each person is in a different place in their awareness. Meet others with openness, not judgment.
3. No attacking, dismissing, or belittling
This includes subtle forms. We are here to support, not to prove or invalidate.
4. Allow space for different perspectives
Not everyone will see or interpret things the same way — that is part of the process.
5. No fear-based, manipulative, or coercive content
This space is for empowerment, clarity, and grounded exploration.
6. Protect the integrity of the space
If something feels misaligned, report it rather than engaging in conflict.
7. Move with intention

Is this contributing to understanding, connection, or growth?
